For three decades I led in hospitality, an industry where the plan changes by the hour and the team is everything. I learned early that the best strategy in the room rarely wins. The team that adapts does.

Today I partner with visionary leaders across industries, from technology and finance to global policy and healthcare. I've coached leaders from Google, Disney, Salesforce, the World Economic Forum, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

The world is changing too fast for long-term strategy. The leaders we need are the ones who build teams that are resilient, creative, and agile. I'm here to challenge those leaders, not comfort them.My transformative journey began when I engaged a coach who helped me realize that success is not an "either/or" proposition but a "yes, AND…" Through coaching, I discovered how to achieve my dreams, leading to a more balanced, fulfilling life. I became more physically active, traveled more, became debt-free, and reconnected with my family. I remembered who I truly was and found a way to work and play with equal enthusiasm.

This profound experience inspired me to become a coach, dedicated to helping others achieve similar empowerment and fulfillment. My mission is to create space for myself and others to experience growth and joy.

I reside in the vibrant city of Los Angeles with my enlightened and compassionate spouse and our two mischievous golden doodles who remind me to stay present and enjoy life’s moments.
